Snoring is not fun. Sleep apnea is not sexy.
Snoring can be the bane of one’s existence. Couples can no longer sleep together and irritability and day-time sleepiness can be a real problem and even a danger. Going on trips with friends can be embarrassing. Work performance goes downhill and we are at our wits end to know what we can do about it.
Sleep Apnea solutions are not. The CPAP machine makes us claustrophobic, dries out our airways and make us feel like idiots. The appliance misaligns the jaw, causing TMJ problems.
Haven’t you had poor sleep for long enough? Wouldn’t you love to chuck that CPAP machine into the closet?
Simple Central Sleep Apnea is not usually helped by a CPAP machine or oral appliances. Medications are contra-indicated. Again, what to do to get back to good sleep?
Insomniacs lie in bed for hours, unable to sleep and yet not awake enough to be productive. We drag ourselves around each day and feel like we are half alive. We worry about addictive sleep medications and their side effects. So what else is there????
“Last night, I had the best sleep I have had in 40 years! Heaven.”
Sleep with your spouse again!
By improving our breathing, we can stop snoring. A 75% reduction within 2 weeks is a common occurrence. You will sleep through the night, wake up without a dry mouth and you’ll have a happy sleeping partner next to you. Everyone who retrains their breathing will see an improvement in the quality of sleep.
Forty percent of people I work with have sleep apnea. By changing daytime breathing and improving sleep hygiene, you can experience much improved sleep and a significant decrease in apneas. Imagine no more weird marks on your face in the morning from the CPAP machine or going camping without the need of a generator. Imagine taking a long road trip, enjoying every minute instead of worrying when you will have to pull over.
It is possible to reduce apneas so quickly, you may be rid of the CPAP machine within 6 – 10 weeks after starting the course. A recent study of 11,000 people with sleep apnea showed spectacular results.
